Sakil Suleman is a Partner in the firm's Business & Finance Department and his practice focuses on handling general corporate and commercial matters. He specialises in international mergers & acquisitions (public and private), private equity transactions, company law, joint ventures, strategic alliances, franchising and outsourcing transactions.

Doug Cameron is head of Reed Smith's Insurance Recovery Group.  He is involved in all areas of civil litigation, including complex insurance coverage disputes, asbestos property damage and other products liability cases, intellectual property litigation, trade secret/ restrictive covenant disputes and general commercial disputes.

John Iino is the Global Chair of Reed Smith's Business & Finance Department and member of the firm's Senior Management Team and Executive Committee.  He has substantial experience representing U.S., Asian, Canadian and multinational companies in a wide variety of corporate, financial and commercial transactions, including emerging and high tech/biotech companies, private placements and public offerings, private equity transactions, cross-border financings, venture capital financings, secured loan financings, federal (SEC) and state securities regulations, foreign private issuer regulation, strategic alliances, joint ventures, licensing and distribution arrangements, asset and stock acquisitions (M&A), and general corporate matters.

Tina Sany-Davies is a member of the European Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group and specialises in media, financial services and professional indemnity.  Tina has experience of a range of general commercial litigation and has acted on a number of high-value contractual disputes often involving an international element. In addition, she has acted on a number of international arbitrations (ICC, LCIA) and mediations.
